How Did We Film 74 Videos in One Day? With a Solid Pre-Production Strategy

We were trusted by Swor & Gatto and Good Hustle Media to develop a production plan to efficiently capture a large set of short videos for Swor & Gatto’s website. All in one day, we filmed videos that shared key details on the firm’s case studies and FAQ questions their clients have while being optimized for SEO and short attention spans.

When a brand’s digital presence relies entirely on text, they are missing out on a large audience of potential customers who prefer to consume information in a video format. Video continues to outperform all other forms of media for engagement and converting clicks into new clients.

The Project Scope

For a prominent law firm like Swor & Gatto, the proof of their success was already explicitly stated on their website through headlines sharing million-dollar verdicts and historic settlements for accident victims, but it wasn’t presented in an easy-to-watch video format.

Marketing strategist Katie Oberman at Good Hustle Media, representing Swor & Gatto, came to us with a solution to close that gap.

The firm’s website already displayed impressive case wins, but she wanted prospective clients to be greeted by a concise 30-to-120-second video of the attorneys themselves breaking down specific backstories, any legal complexities, and the exact reasons behind the successful outcome. She also identified frequently asked questions that could more effectively be answered with video.

An excellent strategy, the concept was also a bit daunting because there were so many questions that ideally needed to be captured. Filming that volume of content usually means a lofty budget for a multi-day shoot and weeks of post-production. So, our team did what we do best: we listened, got creative, and found a way to bring her vision to life without going over-budget or compromising on quality.

Pre-Production Strategy for an Efficient Shoot Day

To execute a large scope like this while remaining within budget, we had to be incredibly intentional before anyone set foot on set. We worked with Katie and her web team to map out a list of 70+ questions, organizing them into designated categories. This deep pre-production planning and multiple alignment calls prepared our team well to flow through our shot list with ease.

On set, the atmosphere felt both structured and relaxed. The entire video production was systemized into a single, high-efficiency day at Swor & Gatto’s office without disrupting operations. After scouting the location ahead of time to find the most visually striking setting, we transformed a standard corporate conference room with an advanced lighting design, which became our studio space.

Our crew split the day strictly by schedule: one brother and co-owner took the morning slot, and the second brother took the afternoon. We moved through more than 70 complex questions seamlessly, leaving enough room to capture multiple takes and revisit key narratives to confirm flawless execution.

Our Post-Production Pivot

The original scope included a second half-day dedicated entirely to B-roll. However, Katie identified a higher strategic priority during production: could we reallocate that remaining budget to maximize the sheer volume of their final video assets?

With this pivot in mind, we restructured the post-production workflow and built a hyper-systemized editing pipeline. Our team secured pre-approval from Katie and the Swor & Gatto team on visual frameworks to eliminate constant back-and-forth, including precise branding edit styles and use of multi-camera cuts.

The End Result

Thanks to Katie’s strategy and our hardworking crew, we were able to deliver 74 individual, high-value video edits in less than two weeks.

Our pre-production plan allowed us to overdeliver on the project’s scope and made seamlessly capturing responses to 70+ complex questions a breeze. Optimizing our post-production workflow sped up the editing process without compromising on quality.

The firm now has an evergreen repository of valuable visual assets for their high-level client acquisition strategy. Swor & Gatto’s clients can see the faces, feel the commitment, and hear the complex human stories behind the firm’s victories. Additionally, this library acts as an invaluable asset for new onboarding employees and preserves the firm’s culture of success for years to come.
