FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long is one production day?

One video production day is typically 8-10 hours long. Time is counted from the moment we arrive at the location to the moment we leave.

  • How much do video productions cost?

We quote projects on a per-project basis. We look at how many days and hours are required for filming, editing, and planning to bring your project to life. Projects can range from $2,000-$40k+, but our average video project is in the $8-20k range.

  • How long do video productions take?

We recommend having 4-6 weeks of planning before production takes place. After production, editing typically takes 4-6 weeks.

  • Where should we film our video?

For most corporate clients, we recommend filming in their offices. Our team is mobile and we can bring the production to you. In most cases, showing your office helps future clients get an idea of your culture and atmosphere before they come to visit for the first time. If your office is small, dated, or noisy, we can rent a studio space or commercial space for your video.

  • How big is your crew?

We scale our video productions based on the scope of each project. On average, we bring a minimum crew of 3, but we have done video shoots solo and have also done video shoots with 10+ crew members. It all depends on how complex the lighting and location are and how aggressive the schedule is.

  • Do you offer more services besides video?

Yes! We also offer broader marketing services including ad campaign management, keyword research, competitor research, and marketing strategy services.

  • Can you film customer testimonials for me?

Yes! We love working with clients and their customers to capture strong testimonial stories. Testimonials are an authentic way to show your companies successful projects from a client’s perspective.

  • Can you help me market my new video?

Absolutely. Our results-focused nature means we want to see you succeed. When planning video projects with clients, we make sure to understand why the video is being made, what result you are looking for, and how the video will be used. If you need help getting your video uploaded or you need a partner to help run ads for you, we have you covered.

  • Can we skip the planning and get right to filming?

No. Planning a video is a crucial step to every project. If we don’t know what we are filming or why we are filming it, there is a good chance we will miss something while filming or deliver an edit that didn’t match what you intended. Our pre-production meetings are designed to get everyone on the same page and aligned to one goal. This process ensures that what we deliver produces the results you are looking for.
